E-Sign & Electronic Communications Notice

This notice describes how SquareFi Inc. (“SquareFi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides electronic communications to you, and how you can access, consent to, or withdraw from receiving such communications electronically. By using our platform or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

By signing up for an account, applying for financial products, or interacting with any part of the SquareFi platform (“Platform”), you give your affirmative consent to receive all legally required disclosures, communications, and agreements (“Covered Communications”) electronically. This includes communications related to:

●    Account registration and servicing
●    Card issuance and usage
●    Payment processing
●    Identity verification (KYC/KYB)
●    Legal notices and compliance updates
●    Marketing (with the option to opt out)

You agree that your use of SquareFi’s Platform and Services constitutes your electronic signature, and has the same legal effect as a physical signature.

2. Scope of Covered Communications

Covered Communications include, but are not limited to:
●    Terms of service, privacy policies, and fee schedules
●    Notices of updates or amendments
●    Regulatory disclosures (e.g., under AML laws)
●    Transaction confirmations and payment instructions
●    Statements, invoices, or reports
●    Notifications of suspicious or unauthorized activity

3. System Requirements

To access and retain Covered Communications, you must have:

●    A computer or mobile device with an internet connection
●    A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari – latest versions)
●    Ability to read and save PDF documents
●    An active email address
●    Access to a printer or a secure storage drive for saving documents

Your ability to access this notice electronically confirms you meet these system requirements.

4. Right to Request Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any Covered Communication at no cost by contacting us at info@squarefi.co. We recommend saving or printing any important communications for your records.

5. Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by emailing info@squarefi.co. Withdrawal of consent may result in: 

●    Suspension or closure of your account
●    Loss of access to certain services
●    Additional fees for paper-based communication

If you withdraw consent, we may continue to send legally required communications in paper form.

6. How We Deliver Covered Communications

We may deliver communications by:

●    Email
●    Notifications through your SquareFi dashboard
●    Links to secure documents (e.g., downloadable PDFs)
●    In-app messages or mobile push notifications

You are responsible for reviewing communications in a timely manner and ensuring your contact details are current.

7. Security and Delivery Limitations

We use encryption and secure channels to transmit your information. However, email and internet communications may carry inherent risks. By consenting, you acknowledge and accept such risks.

If technical issues prevent electronic delivery, we may revert to paper-based delivery at our discretion.
